DAGAST is an online home décor store from United States. We curate a selection of home pieces and serve customers around the world through our warehouse located in United States. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, absolutely! Free shipping is included on every order, no minimums or hidden fees. We believe delivery should feel effortless—just beautiful pieces arriving at your doorstep without the extra fuss.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel leaves our hands so you can follow its journey all the way to your home.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within United States, for more information, please check our Shipping Policy. We want to make sure every delivery meets our quality and care standards. If we expand our shipping zones in the future, our community will be the first to know.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? That’s okay. You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to return your items. Just email us at info@dagast.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the simple return process.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider might take a few extra days to post it to your account.
Do you accept exchanges?

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
First, check your tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. If it’s been more than 7 business days and your order still hasn’t arrived, reach out to us at info@dagast.com, and we’ll look into it right away.
What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We’re truly sorry if something arrives in less than perfect condition. Please email us at info@dagast.com with your order number, a short description, and a photo if possible. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.
