Refund policy

We want you to love your DAGAST purchase. If it’s not quite right, our returns process is simple and fair.

United States

You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging. We never charge restocking fees. To start a return, email info@dagast.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend a trackable method. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 7 business days.

United Kingdom

Your 14-day right to change your mind: Under UK consumer law you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Email info@dagast.com with your order number to start. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging; change-of-mind return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (a trackable service is recommended).
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact info@dagast.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
Large items: Our courier can only collect a return from the original delivery address, so please keep the item there until collection is arranged.
Refunds: Once received and inspected, we’ll refund your original payment method within 14 days.
