We currently ship within the United States and the United Kingdom, and every order is prepared and packed with care before leaving our hands.
We cover all delivery costs within the US—no extra fees at checkout.
Processing time: Orders typically take 1–2 business days to prepare before dispatch.
Transit time: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days once shipped.
Total delivery time: In most cases your order arrives within 4–9 business days.
Shipments are sent using trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
We offer free delivery across the UK—no shipping fees at checkout—including mainland UK and offshore areas such as the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands.
Order handling: Orders typically take 1–3 business days to prepare and process before dispatch.
Standard delivery (home accessories, smaller lighting, vases, frames, clocks and similar): arrives within 4–8 business days of dispatch, via couriers such as DPD and UPS, with tracking provided.
Large-item delivery (furniture, large mirrors, large or heavy lighting, oversized pieces): delivered by a specialist two-person courier who will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery day; typically arrives within 2–3 weeks (up to 21 business days).

Delivery may take a little longer to the following postcodes: AB36–38, AB55–56, FK17–21, HS, IV, KA27–28, KW, PA20–78, PH17–50, ZE (Scottish Highlands & Islands); BT (Northern Ireland); IM (Isle of Man); and TR21–25 (Isles of Scilly).
Large two-person-delivery items cannot be delivered to the following postcodes: BT, HS, IM, IV26–99, KA27, KA28, KW, PA15–78, PH19–50, ZE.
Our daily cut-off time is 3:00 PM (EST for US orders, UK time for UK orders), Monday through Saturday. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available). While we always aim to deliver on schedule, occasional delays can occur due to weather, seasonal demand, or unforeseen logistical factors—if this ever affects your delivery, we’ll keep you informed.
